FAQ: Cancel a subscription

Can an employee still cancel an active subscription that has already been renewed on a monthly basis?

Yes. If an employee wishes to end their subscription before the planned end date, they can still do so. Employees retain the option to cancel their subscription through their personal "My BFNL" environment, subject to the standard one-month notice period.
