FAQ: Employee Contract Terms

If an employee is currently on a renewed subscription (and can therefore cancel on a monthly basis), will they receive a new contract with benVitaal, or will the current cancellation terms remain the same?

Because the employee already has an active membership with the fitness provider and this membership simply continues, the intention is that the current flexible cancellation terms will remain unchanged. The transition is purely an administrative move to the new platform.To ensure a smooth transition, we will indicate in the request to the fitness provider that the employee is an existing member with an ongoing subscription. In addition, the transition email sent to the employee will advise them to inform the gym during their next visit that their employer has switched to a new benefits platform. This ensures that the fitness provider is aware of the change and can process the administrative transition while preserving the employee's current membership conditions.
