Pausing your subscription due to a holiday is not possible. A pause also cannot be applied retroactively.

How do you temporarily pause your fitness subscription?

You can request a temporary pause of your fitness subscription through benVitaal. They will also let you know which statements or other supporting documents are required.

If your subscription is temporarily paused, any upcoming renewal will automatically be postponed. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the new end date of your subscription.

Payment through your employer during a temporary pause

The payment of your fitness subscription through your employer will usually continue until the full 6- or 12-month period has been settled, even if your subscription has been temporarily paused.

Because the end date of your subscription is extended, you may finish paying for your subscription through your employer before the subscription itself ends. Your subscription will then continue for the duration of the pause period.

Once your employer receives a new invoice from us, the payment for the next subscription period will begin.
