Wat has changed for Paradigit and Belsimpel?
In the new FiscFree platform, the ordering process for Paradigit and Belsimpel has changed. For Paradigit, employees now use a gift card, while three different gift cards are available for Belsimpel.
Below, you can read what has changed and what this means for your employees.
Paradigit: from direct ordering to a gift card
In the old platform, employees could order products from Paradigit directly through FiscFree. This is no longer possible in the new platform. This change was made because the previous ordering process regularly caused issues with shipping. In addition, the FiscFree shop was not always up to date, meaning employees could not always see all the products they were eligible to order.
Employees now request a Paradigit gift card through FiscFree. Once the request has been approved, the employee can use the gift card to place an order directly with Paradigit.
The request and payment through the employer are therefore still handled through FiscFree, but the employee places the actual product order with Paradigit.
Belsimpel: three different gift cards
The ordering process for Belsimpel has also changed. Three separate gift cards are available in the new platform:
- Phone
- Phone with subscription
- SIM-only
This allows employees to request a gift card specifically for the type of order they want to place with Belsimpel.
It is important that employees check in advance which gift card they need. The selected gift card must match the product they want to order from Belsimpel.
What does this mean for you as an employer?
Just like other requests, gift card requests are submitted through FiscFree and reviewed according to your configured approval process.
If employees have questions about Paradigit, keep in mind that they no longer order their product directly through FiscFree. For questions about Belsimpel, first check whether the employee has selected the correct gift card.
