What does Ignore for Rules mean?

The Ignore for Rules function allows you, as an employer, to make a one-time exception and let an order bypass the configured rules. As a result, an order is no longer restricted by a participation frequency rule, allowing the employee to place another order.

For example, this function can be used when an employee is normally allowed to order a specific product only once per year, but you want to allow them to place an additional order in an exceptional situation.

Note: When you use Ignore for Rules, the original order remains in the system. As a result, the employee may be able to use the WKR budget more often than the configured rules would normally allow.

Ignore an order for the rules

  1. Go to Orders > Orders.
  2. Find and open the relevant order.
  3. Click the orange Ignore for Rules button.
  4. From that moment on, the order will no longer be included in the applicable rule.
  5. The employee can now place a new order.

Good to know

Use Ignore for Rules only when you intentionally want to make an exception to the configured rules. This function is intended as a manual override and does not change the rule itself. It only excludes the selected order from being considered by that rule.
