Good to Know About BFNL and FiscFree

Recent communications from Bedrijfsfitness Nederland (BFNL) may have created the impression that you needed to sign an agreement directly with them to ensure your employees' memberships could continue. Fortunately, this is not the case.

1. What Happens to Existing Memberships That Are Due for Renewal?
   All existing memberships held by your employees can simply be renewed through FiscFree once they reach their end date, regardless of the sports facility or provider.

2. Can I Offer Corporate Fitness Through FiscFree Alongside a BFNL Agreement?
   Yes. You can continue to offer corporate fitness through FiscFree in addition to your agreement with BFNL. Simply let us know, and we will take care of the rest.

3. Flexibility in Your BFNL Contract
   Would you rather discontinue your agreement with BFNL? You can terminate it at any time on a pro forma basis. The contract will then continue until the agreed end date and expire accordingly.

4. A Seamless Transition for Your Employees
   Employees can easily apply for their fitness arrangement through the FiscFree platform and select their preferred sports facility via the benVitaal platform. Existing BFNL memberships remain valid until their expiration date, after which employees can smoothly transition to a new membership through FiscFree.
