Enable secure employee sign-in with Single Sign-On (SSO)

Would you like to further automate the management of your FiscFree portal? By enabling Single Sign-On (SSO), you provide secure access for employees and keep your employee data up to date without manual administration.

In this article, we explain how to configure these integrations yourself in the portal.

Step 1: Activation by FiscFree

Before you can configure the settings yourself, this functionality must first be activated for your environment. Please contact us, and we will enable the SSO settings for you.

Step 2: Configure it yourself in the portal

Once the functionality has been activated, the application will guide you through the configuration process step by step with instructions and screenshots.

Set up Single Sign-On (SSO)

With SSO, employees can securely sign in using their existing corporate credentials.

Select your provider: In the portal, choose your SSO provider (for example, Microsoft Entra ID) and click Configure.

Verify your domain: Click the option on the left to enter your domain name. This verifies that your organization is the rightful owner of the domain.

Configure SSO: Click the option on the right (Set up SSO). You will then see a step-by-step guide tailored to your environment.

If you use Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), complete the following steps in your own Azure environment:

  • Create an Enterprise Application
  • Basic SAML Configuration
  • Configure Attributes and Claims
  • Assign Users and Groups
  • Add an Application Logo
  • Set Identity Provider Metadata
  • Test Single Sign-On

Tip: The portal provides a detailed explanation for each step, including screenshots showing exactly where to find and enter the required information.
