  1. When does the partnership with the current provider Bedrijfsfitness Nederland (BFNL) officially end?
    The partnership between FiscFree and BFNL will officially end on 3 September 2026.
  2. Who will be the new provider within the FiscFree platform?
    As of 3 September 2026, benVitaal will become the official corporate fitness provider within the FiscFree platform. benVitaal has been providing corporate fitness solutions in the Netherlands since 2001 and brings over 25 years of experience in sports and employee wellbeing.
  3. What actions do I still need to take in the current platform and in the new FiscFree platform, and how will the transition work?
    1. The current FiscFree platform (phase-out of the current platform and partnership with BFNL)
      1. From 16 July: Normally, a renewal order is created six weeks before the end date of a subscription, after which the employer has two weeks to approve or reject it. As all active subscriptions with an end date on or after 3 September 2026 will be permanently terminated, these subscriptions no longer need to be renewed or reviewed. Therefore, from 16 July onwards, no new renewal orders will be created in the current platform.
      2. Until 15 August: New orders with a start date before 3 September 2026 can still be submitted and approved through the current platform as usual until 15 August.
      3. Important: It is not possible in the current platform to request subscriptions that start on or after 3 September. Applications for these subscriptions will open once the new FiscFree platform goes live.
    2. The new FiscFree platform (official launch of the new platform and introduction of benVitaal)
      1. From 31 August: The new platform will officially go live. From this date onwards, employees can request and order new corporate fitness subscriptions through benVitaal with a start date after 3 September.
  4. What exactly will change for my employees, and what can I communicate to them?Nothing will change for employees regarding their tax benefit, and all current contract terms will be honoured. You can inform employees that their subscription with the current provider will end when their existing contract expires, but that they can continue exercising without interruption through the new platform. Employees will receive timely communication from FiscFree explaining how they can submit a new request, ensuring a smooth transition without any interruption to their fitness membership.
