Invite Employees Through a Payroll Integration

By connecting your payroll system, employees are automatically invited as soon as they join your organization and are automatically deactivated when they leave employment.

Select your payroll system

Select your software: In the portal, select your payroll software (for example, AFAS, Visma, or Nmbrs) and click Configure.

Enter the required details: Click Set up provisioning. Depending on your payroll system, you will be asked to provide specific integration details, such as an API token or environment ID.

Activate the integration: Once you have saved the required information, the integration becomes active immediately.

Filtering employees

At the moment, all employees included in the payroll export are processed. Would you like to exclude specific employee groups?

In your payroll system: Most payroll systems (such as AFAS) allow you to configure filters for the data exported to FiscFree.

Future update: Soon, it will also be possible to configure these filters directly within the FiscFree portal.
