FAQ: Invoicing and Integrations (IJK/HubBI)

  1. Will anything change regarding invoicing now that benVitaal is the new provider, or will this continue through FiscFree?
    No. From the employer's perspective, nothing will change regarding invoicing. The financial settlement will continue in the same way as you are used to through FiscFree.
  2. I use the services of IJK (HubBI). Will this affect my transition to the new platform?

    Yes, the transition to the new FiscFree platform will affect the integration you use through IJK (HubBI). Because the new platform has a different technical setup, changes to the integration are required on both the IJK and FiscFree sides.

    We are currently working with IJK on the necessary changes and making the required preparations. At this time, we are not yet able to confirm when the new integration will be fully available.

    FiscFree will contact you proactively soon to explain the next steps and coordinate the joint migration plan.
