What is a budget campaign and how do I create one?

What you need to know in advance: With a budget campaign, you make one total budget available for all products within FiscFree. In the current situation, many organizations still work with fixed budget allocations per product group. In practice, this often leads to inefficiency: some budgets are depleted quickly, while others remain unused. The result is a lot of manual budget shifting and additional administration, even though this is actually unnecessary.

Would you also like to determine the maximum amount of budget that can be spent on a specific product? Then you can set limits. Have you already created a budget campaign and only want to add limits? Go directly to the Setting limits section.

Instruction: Creating a budget campaign

  1. Go to Benefits > Budget Campaigns in the menu.
  2. Click Create Budget Campaign.
  3. Enter the title of the budget campaign in the Name field.
  4. Set the Start Date and End Date under Period.
  5. Only do this if you have a special promotion, for example, a year-end campaign. To do so, select Allow overriding period dates.
  6. Under Company, select the company to which the budget campaign applies.
  7. Enter the desired budget amount under Budget.
  8. Click Create, or choose Create & Create New if you want to create multiple campaigns.

Instruction: Setting a limit on a product

  1. Go to Benefits > Budget Campaigns in the menu.
  2. Select the budget campaign for which you want to set a product limit and click Edit.
  3. Scroll down and click Add Limit under Budget Campaign Limits.
  4. Select the desired product under Product.
  5. Enter the maximum amount that this product may use under Limit.
