What is the Employment Contract Addendum (ECA) and how do I amend it?

The Employment Contract Addendum (ECA) is an official document that sets forth the agreements made between the employer and the employee regarding the offsetting of a product. It specifies exactly which gross pay components the employee has selected.

Instructions: To modify the AAO.

Go to Settings > Document Templates.

Click Create Document Template.

Enter a Name here so you can recognize it.

Under Content, you can customize the ECA as desired.

• Here you can see the template that can be used as a starting point.

Click Create.

Please note: Once changes are made to the ECA, we can no longer guarantee the validity of the document. We will continue to update the standard documents as needed. For customized documents, you are responsible for managing them and keeping them up to date.
