I have an administrator account, but I can't log in as an employee. What should I do?

If you have a FiscFree administrator account but cannot log in as an employee to view or order products, first check whether you already have an employee account.

An administrator account and an employee account are two separate accounts. However, they can use the same email address.

Make sure you're using the correct login environment

Administrators and employees use different FiscFree portals:

  • Administrator account: app.fiscfree.nl
  • Employee account: my.fiscfree.nl

If you want to log in as an employee:

  1. Sign out of your administrator account.
  2. Go to my.fiscfree.nl.
  3. Try logging in with your credentials.

Can you log in successfully? Then you already have an employee account and no further action is required.

Don't have an employee account yet?

If you cannot log in to the employee portal, check whether an employment record is linked to your account.

Create an employee account

  1. Log in to your administrator account.
  2. Go to Companies & People > Users.
  3. Filter the overview to show Administrators.
  4. Find and open your own administrator account.
  5. Click Edit. Note: Select Edit, not Edit Administrator.
  6. Review the Employments section.
  7. If no employment information is listed, there is no employee account linked to your email address.
  8. Click Add Employment.
  9. Enter the required information. Receiving an error for your employee number? A FiscFree account may already exist with that employee number. Check whether you have previously created an account, for example using a personal email address.
  10. Click Create.

You now have both an administrator account and an employee account linked to the same email address. You can log in as an employee via my.fiscfree.nl.

Quickly switch between administrator and employee accounts

If you're already logged in to your administrator account and want to access your employee account:

  1. Click your initials in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Open Employee Account.

You will be redirected to the employee portal, making it easy to switch between both environments without logging out and navigating manually.
