What do the different order statuses mean?

After an employee places an order in FiscFree, the order goes through several stages. In the order overview, you can see the current status to determine where the order is in the process.

If an employee contacts you with a question about the progress of an order, first check the current status. Below, you can find the meaning of each status by order type and see who, if anyone, still needs to take action.

Created The request has been approved and the employee can specify how the bike will be settled. The employee is responsible for the next step and must complete the settlement details to continue the order.
