How do I invite users to FiscFree?

On the FiscFree platform the Platfotm admin can create other users for the platform. When inviting your colleagues, you specify who gets access and which permissions apply, so the user can immediately get started in the correct environment. Follow the steps below to send the invitation.

Instruction: creating a user

  1. Go to People > User Invitations.
  2. Click Create User Invitation.
  3. Select the Organization where the administrator works.
  4. Enter the administrator's email address.
  5. Does the administrator also need an employee account?
    • No: Click the Invite as employee checkbox so that it is unchecked. Then continue directly to the next step.
    • Yes: Leave the checkbox checked and complete the following information:
      • Employer company: Select the correct company.
      • Start date: Enter the employment start date.
      • Employee number: Enter the employee number.
      • Language: Choose the preferred language for the employee environment.
  6. Check the Invite as administrator checkbox.
  7. Select the desired Role(s):
    • Platform admin: Full administrative role for the platform. Manages users, policy settings, budgets, the catalog, approval teams, orders, reports, integrations, and all other platform settings.
    • Beleidsmaker: Manages the configuration of the benefits platform and its policies. Can modify nearly all HR and policy settings, such as benefit rules, contributions, budget campaigns, the catalog, registrations, and approval teams, but cannot request technical integrations.
    • Finance: Has access to financial information such as invoices, reports, accounts receivable, and financial settings. Suitable for employees responsible for financial control and administration, without administrative rights over users or the platform.
    • Salarisverwerker: Manages employment records, user invitations, and registration data required for payroll and HR administration. Also has access to relevant information such as orders and invoices, but cannot modify policies or platform configuration.
    • ICT: Responsible for the technical aspects of the platform. Has access to integrations, audit logs, document templates, and technical settings, and can assist with integrations and technical issues.
    • Goedkeurder bestellingen: Can view, approve or reject, cancel, and monitor the progress of orders. This role only has access to the information required to review orders and registrations.
  8. Choose the Language for the administrator environment.
  9. Select the entities or departments that this administrator may manage under Scope.
    • Note: If you leave this field empty, the administrator will have access to all entities.
  10. Click Create to send the invitation. Click Create & Create New if you want to immediately add another administrator.
