Unlinking historical orders from an employee

Is a historical order from the old FiscFree platform linked to the wrong employee? You can unlink the historical order from the employee. After unlinking, the order can be linked to the correct employee again.

Unlinking historical orders

You can unlink historical orders as follows:

1. Go to Orders > Historical orders.
2. Find the employee account you want to unlink the orders from.
3. Click Unlink to unlink the historical orders from the current employee.
4. The historical orders are now no longer linked to an employee and will not be linked automatically again.

Good to know

Unlinking a historical order does not delete it. Only the link to the employee's account is removed. The order remains available under Orders > Historical orders.

After unlinking, you can link the order to the correct employee. Always check that you have selected the correct employee account before unlinking the orders.
